We are delighted with the prospect of moving into our new studio based in Stock Ingatestone Essex. With the success of the various courses that we have run from the venues that we have hired to date, we felt confident to go and look for a our own larger accommodation. What we needed was quite simple, a reasonable sized unit with sufficient car parking space in a picturesque setting. Ideally we would want more than one room, at least 2 toilets and a kitchen and we would like to have easy access to one of the major roads in Essex, the A12 A127 or A130 for example. It proved more difficult to find that we would have imagined, eventually we came across the ‘The Cart Lodge Brock Farm’, which we call The Stock Studio.

The Stock Studio will provide all that we wanted and more. The location is almost perfect, less than 2 miles from the centre of Ingatestone, so it has easy access to the A12 and Billericay and Stock. There is a large car park and we have the benefit of 2 toilets one of which has disabled access. There are the three rooms; two large one and another more intimate one, plus a small kitchen. Set on a farm with a carp lake that we can use for photography, the location could not be better.

We will be moving in on the 1st September and the first course is set to run from there on 20 September.
